David's Yamaha Custom Maple Absolute - went through Hurricane Katrina and
survived!
The only set of many that survived. All other drums (won't name brands) and hand
percussion from around the world did not make it.
Yamaha air seal system is awesome!
This photo is pre-storm - all drums and cymbals were under brackish water for
two weeks.
Cymbals include: 15" A. Zildjian Hi-Hats ca.1940's / 18" Wuhan
china / 12" Istanbul Agop splash / 20" Istanbul Agop hand hammered Ride / 20" K-Zildjian
